Cause filled is a popular Peruvian dish that is quick and easy to prepare.
The Cause is a delicious option to enjoy at lunchtime or at a family event or with friends.
With several ways of preparing it, this dish of Peruvian gastronomy has 3 types:


Cause of chicken



It is a cold, creamy and light dish whose main ingredient is the yellow potato and the yellow chili so well known in the region. It is complemented with other ingredients such as boiled egg, avocado, chicken and more.  


Cause of tuna





The dish is very similar to the popular chicken cause. However, many prefer tuna for the special flavor it gives to the filling. 


Cause of shrimp



A variation of the stuffed cause, this recipe has changed the chicken and tuna for shrimp, this dish is easy to prepare.

Stuffed causes are the same preparation process. Only the types of fillings change, they can be chicken, tuna, crab and many, each one has a unique and special flavor.



MY EATING HABITS


For breakfast I always eat bread, cheese, eggs, milk. Only sometimes do I eat some fruit and drink juices from different fruits.




Rice is always present for lunch, including vegetables like broccoli, haricot, spinach. I generally eat healthy portions of food just like my family.




At dinner time the portions of food decrease, I only have a glass of milk with two toasted breads.
